Eyeliner

Is there anything better than waking up each morning looking ‘alive’?   Permanent eyeliner will do just that for you.  Upper eyeliner creates a look of fuller lashes and can be as simple as an eyelash enhancement placed in the lashline, or you can be more dramatic and choose a designer liner.   A sincere thank you to my clients for allowing their procedure to be shown!
